Offers are bids in a non-standard reserve sealed bid auction.

Neeley Forestry Service reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.  The tract is not always awarded to the highest bid. For example, a lower offer may be accepted from an existing customer or neighboring landowner.  All offers may be rejected if the reserve price is not met. The reserve price is not always published. Neeley also reserves the right to extend or reopen bidding.
